We ship across India.
What are the shipping charges?
The delivery charges are calculated during check-out after you have added your delivery address including the pin code. The charges will differ based on the area you are ordering from. We are tied up with Shiprocket and IndiaPost as our delivery partners who are fast, reliable, and trustworthy and will ensure deliveries of your orders with care and safety.
How will my order be packaged?
We pack our products with utmost care using the highest level of protective packaging, thus ensuring safe deliveries of your order.
How can I access the invoice for my products?
A copy of your Invoice will be sent on your registered email address once an order has been placed. In case you haven’t received it, please email us on stoberimoo@gmail.com.
What will be my delivery time?
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 days after placing them. Depending on the pin code, our delivery partners taken between 3 to 5 days to deliver to your foorstep.
How can I exchange or return damaged order?
If you have received a damaged order, you can send us a mail on stoberimoo@gmail.com. During this process, we may require additional information like images and descriptive information on the issue on cooperation of which we will ensure a corrective action is taken. The resolution will be taken based on management discretion.
What is the process of refund?
If the corrective action offered by the management is a refund, a refund back to your direct source or a credit of agreed upon amount will be added in the form of a coupon code / points which can be availed upon your next order.
